Responsibilities
- Conduct customer discovery with business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI and cloud use cases.
- Translate business requirements into solution architectures, validation plans, and technical recommendations.
- Build AI prototypes and proofs of concept using LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, tool calling, agentic workflows, and multimodal models.
- Integrate AI capabilities with customer data, enterprise applications, and cloud services, and evaluate quality, accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and safety.
- Design secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective architectures incorporating data security, privacy, identity management, observability, model governance, and cost control.
- Lead customer workshops, architecture discussions, solution demonstrations, and technical presentations in partnership with sales and business development.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, cloud, technology, and implementation partners on product gaps, reusable architectures, solution templates, playbooks, and production handoffs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud platform consulting, or a customer-facing enterprise technology role.
- Experience designing solutions on at least one major cloud platform, including core compute, storage, networking, database, and security services.
- Hands-on experience building AI or LLM applications, prototypes, or proofs of concept.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, system integration, and rapid prototyping.
- Ability to turn complex or ambiguous business problems into working technical prototypes and credible solution recommendations.
- Strong customer communication, technical presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with professional fluency in English.
- Preferred experience in solution architecture, customer engineering, field engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise customers.
- Preferred familiarity with automotive and mobility scenarios, international markets, enterprise data and business-system integration, AI safety, model governance, data privacy, regulatory requirements, and production handoffs.
