Responsibilities
- Own critical data infrastructure and develop scalable solutions for financial datasets.
- Design and build data processing pipelines that handle millions of documents daily.
- Integrate heterogeneous financial datasets into reliable, queryable platforms.
- Collaborate with the Core AI team to ensure data quality and performance.
- Build secure, compliant integrations for enterprise customer data.
- Lead by example in coding and decision-making to elevate team standards.
- Foster a culture of learning and ownership within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience with GCP or equivalent cloud stack.
- Deep expertise in Python and proficiency in a strongly typed language.
- Mastery in designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong command of relational databases and SQL, along with NoSQL technologies.
- Proven experience in building and operating large-scale data pipelines.
- 3+ years of experience managing or collaborating with distributed engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated passion for corporate finance and financial data.
