Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready enterprise software using AI as part of the engineering lifecycle.
- Develop and integrate frontend and backend components using full-stack engineering practices.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable, high-quality software while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support solution integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required for the project role.
- At least 4 years of Java full-stack development experience is also stated.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as copilots and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with Java full-stack development; Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or Python backend experience may also qualify.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
