Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of production-ready AI solutions aligned with organizational goals and technical standards.
- Develop and deploy AI applications using large language models, generative AI, and cloud AI services in cloud or on-premises environments.
- Design and maintain reliable, scalable AI pipelines and optimize application quality and performance.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate collaboration across teams.
- Perform rigorous testing and optimization of AI applications.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of AI model deployment in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience with generative AI technologies and practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning, neural networks, and chatbot development.
- Ability to design and maintain production-ready AI pipelines for reliability and performance.
- Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform and Prompt Engineering is preferred.
