Responsibilities
- Develop and configure AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build conversational experiences, topics, prompts, agent instructions, and orchestration flows.
- Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows using PAD.
- Configure and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, teams, and business units.
- Support end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Contribute to application lifecycle management, DevOps, deployment, and enterprise integrations.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of overall IT experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- At least 3 years of experience with Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
- At least 3 years of experience with Power Apps Portals, Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG concepts, prompt engineering, and solution development.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, AI integrations, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Hands-on experience with solution architecture, application lifecycle management, and enterprise integrations.
