Responsibilities
- Own the ServiceNow ITSM product roadmap, data model, integration architecture, CMDB strategy, and module design standards.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide design-authority sign-off for major ServiceNow platform changes.
- Implement and tune Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent capabilities for production use.
- Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise, monitoring, identity, HR, and ERP systems.
- Build workflow and process automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, and scripted REST APIs.
- Assess AI readiness through data quality, CMDB health, record hygiene, and governance standards.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow platform and AI capabilities for enterprise applicability.
- Produce architecture diagrams, integration maps, and design specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in IT architecture, engineering, and Service Management.
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM module experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and JavaScript/Glide API scripting.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.
- Experience with Process Mining, Process Automation, ServiceNow integration design, CMDB architecture, data governance, and enterprise integration patterns at scale.
- 10+ years of ITIL experience and ITIL v3 Expert/Intermediate or ITIL 4 Practitioner certification.
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or NCE certifications are preferred.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and strong documentation, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
