Base Salary
$120k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct R&D and production software development for next-generation radar products
- Integrate software onto primarily commercial off-the-shelf hardware
- Support deployed software capabilities used by U.S. and international customers
- Work collaboratively across multiple capabilities and product families
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
- At least five years of professional object-oriented software development experience
- Extensive or advanced Python experience
- Strong Linux software development experience
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes, Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate on small teams
- U.S. Person status required to access U.S.-only data systems
- Preferred experience with radar or other airborne/ground sensors, radar modes and algorithms, signal processing, target detection, and tracking
- Preferred experience with CUDA, software-defined radios such as Ettus, advanced time synchronization beyond NTP, embedded near-real-time software, Git, containers, cloud computing, virtualization, system security technologies, visualization, defense architectures, modeling and simulation, and high-TRL system development
- Preferred experience with production software deployment, DevOps or DevSecOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, hardware/software integration and testing, verification and validation, and additional programming languages such as C++, Rust, NodeJS, Java, or Go
- Current or previous Department of Defense security clearance is preferred
