Responsibilities
- Own products and features through design, development, testing, and production.
- Build scalable, highly available software with strong quality standards.
- Collaborate with peer engineers on system design and implementation.
- Create quality plans, project plans, test strategies, and development processes with business and project management partners.
- Mentor and coach software development engineers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Programming experience in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
