Senior Support Engineer – Senior Integrator Engineer
GE VernovaResponsibilities
- Integrate end-to-end EMS/SCADA software solutions in customer environments.
- Deploy, maintain, and support software releases and lifecycle processes across high-availability platforms.
- Maintain database configurations and server infrastructure on Windows and Linux.
- Troubleshoot application, configuration, communication, and platform issues; resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate directly with customers and global engineering teams on technical issues, documentation, reporting, and system handovers.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and automation scripting.
- Conduct integration, system, and regression testing to support software performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Experience with EMS/SCADA integration, deployment, and operational support in transmission utility or comparable environments.
- Ability to manage software integration, deployment, and lifecycle support in complex, high-availability production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, configuration, communication, and platform layers.
- Experience with server administration, database management, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Git.
- Understanding of inter-system communication protocols and CI/CD practices.
- Ability to work directly with customers and collaborate with global engineering teams.
- A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT Systems, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
