Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions on Microsoft Azure with defined data flows, component architectures, and resource optimization.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
- Design sophisticated multi-agent systems with Semantic Kernel, custom orchestration layers, and collaborative goal-driven agent workflows.
- Embed Responsible AI governance, compliance controls, monitoring pipelines, model evaluation strategies, and security controls into AI solutions.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and solution design sessions for business and technical audiences, including executive-level architecture discussions.
- Support enterprise AI transformation through architecture strategy, prompt engineering, grounding techniques, performance tuning, and response-quality optimization.
Requirements
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning, with an end-to-end portfolio spanning prototyping through production.
- Deep knowledge of LLM engineering and RAG architectures, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines integrated with Azure AI Search and Azure-native data services.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Azure SDKs, with experience building, deploying, and tuning AI applications using CI/CD pipelines and performance monitoring frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and/or Azure-integrated LangChain.
- Advanced prompt engineering skills and expertise in grounding, model performance tuning, and response-quality optimization.
- Preferred experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, vector store integrations, Azure AI Search vector capabilities, Responsible AI, compliance controls, risk mitigation, model governance, and emerging Agentic AI research.
