Responsibilities
- Identify business stakeholders, goals, objectives, functionality, quality characteristics, and constraints.
- Develop business, information, and technology architecture mappings and an architecture vision.
- Perform trade-off analysis, proof-of-concept implementation, and benchmarking.
- Manage architecture design and documentation processes and communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders.
- Review downstream design decisions for alignment with the solution architecture vision.
- Guide software development, testing, deployment, and medium to large solution delivery projects.
- Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and influence client decision makers.
Requirements
- Fluent English.
- More than 7 years of commercial software development experience.
- More than 3 years of commercial solution architecture design experience.
- Experience with data management, data integration, data transformation, containerization, orchestration, and SDLC processes.
- Experience guiding software development, testing, deployment, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of computer science, architectural and design patterns, paradigms and principles, database theory, and code testing practices.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Databricks, Azure Service Bus, Microsoft SQL, MongoDB, and .NET.
- Excellent client-facing, business consulting, communication, analysis, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Desirable certifications in architecture frameworks, cloud providers, or delivery processes.
- Desirable experience with release management, configuration management, infrastructure as code, pre-sales, proposal or bid preparation, and Databricks.
