Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM.
- Gather requirements, design system enhancements, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Configure, customize, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and support Workday applications.
- Maintain system documentation and monitor performance, data integrity, and security.
- Train end users, communicate with stakeholders, and participate in project planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday systems.
- Strong understanding of Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM, including configuration and customization.
- Experience troubleshooting Workday applications and integrating Workday with other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of data security and integrity practices, with strong analytical, communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.
