Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications for Fixed Income trading and risk management.
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React or Angular and other modern web technologies.
- Build resilient server-side logic, microservices, and APIs for trade processing, data management, and system integration.
- Collaborate with traders, quantitative analysts, business analysts, and risk managers to translate financial workflows into technical solutions.
- Contribute to architectural design discussions and the technology platform strategy.
- Write maintainable, documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Design database schemas and write efficient queries for relational and NoSQL databases.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, and maintain system stability and performance.
- Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with hands-on experience in React or Angular.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core; Python and Java with Spring Boot are bonuses.
- Experience designing and building APIs and microservices.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience with MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra.
- Proficiency with Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins, Tekton, or Harness.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in Financial Services, Fixed Income, or other capital markets domains.
- Preferred experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Solace.
- Preferred experience with low-latency programming, multithreading, performance optimization, and automated testing with TDD or BDD practices.

- Full-time employment.
- Annual base salary range of $94,300.00 to $141,500.00.
