Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Implement requirements according to the provided technical design.
- Develop software in agile teams and contribute to software-engineering methods.
- Develop, maintain, optimize, and service software and application components.
- Ensure software maintainability, performance, data security, IT security, usability, and operational stability.
- Collaborate with business experts, business analysts, designers, German teams, and developer communities.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken German is required.
- Completed studies in mathematics or computer science, including business computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in object-oriented application development.
- At least 5 years of experience with development environments, test methods, and software-engineering tools such as Eclipse, JUnit, and Jira.
- Excellent SQL knowledge and very good knowledge of Linux and modern IT infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently in a matrix organization and handle non-standard work situations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, conceptual, strategic, problem-solving, flexibility, commitment, and resilience skills.
