Responsibilities
- Own the developer experience from onboarding through deployment.
- Build frameworks and tooling for fast, reliable CI.
- Design self-serve tooling for product and ML engineers.
- Provide visibility into production status and performance.
- Explore AI-assisted intelligence in developer tooling.
- Maintain complex systems supporting rapid development.
- Innovate on performance-sensitive stacks for developer environments.
Requirements
- Thoughtful software engineer with a passion for infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD systems and solving related challenges.
- Proven track record in building developer tooling.
- Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript.
- 5+ years in software engineering with a focus on developer infrastructure.
- Automation mindset, solving manual tasks efficiently.
- Strong focus on enhancing developer experience.
