Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications leveraging various LLMs.
- Architect and implement sophisticated multi-step and multi-agent workflows.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, managing embeddings and vector databases.
- Use code generation applications to create full applications without writing code.
- Lead efforts in LLM fine-tuning for specific domain knowledge and tasks.
- Develop advanced prompt engineering techniques to maximize model performance.
- Own end-to-end implementation from frontend to backend.
- Expose AI/LLM functionality written in Python using Java services.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to generate and optimize high-quality code.
- Collaborate with team leads, QA, and product managers across time zones.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar Engineering field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 2 years in AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries.
- Experience integrating and working with major LLM APIs.
- At least 1 year of experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Practical experience using AI coding tools for development and integration.
- Solid understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Experience creating UI using React and integrating with backend APIs is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Java for integrating modules is a nice to have.
