Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, delivery, and scaling of Copilot Studio solutions and enterprise AI chatbots.
- Define conversational AI patterns, standards, reusable frameworks, and solution designs for enterprise adoption.
- Lead development of complex Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions supporting Copilot use cases.
- Establish low-code and pro-code extensibility, integration, API, governance, security, compliance, DLP, access-control, and lifecycle-management practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI agents using usage analytics, feedback, and business outcomes.
- Serve as a Copilot Studio SME, mentor developers, and support hiring, onboarding, and enablement.
- Contribute to Center of Excellence and shared-services processes including intake, prioritization, KPIs, and capacity planning.
- Partner with business owners and AI leadership to identify, prioritize, and roadmap high-value AI use cases.
- Provide executive-level updates on progress, risks, ROI, adoption metrics, and business value.
Requirements
- Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong experience designing and delivering solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale low-code or AI initiatives.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI design, UX, and performance optimization.
- Experience with governance, security, compliance, data protection, and Responsible AI in regulated enterprise environments.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder-management, troubleshooting, technical-support, documentation, and system-update skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Preferred: Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI.
- Preferred: experience with Center of Excellence or shared-services models, AI KPIs and ROI, adoption strategies, change management, data governance, and compliance.
