Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve the vulnerability management program with a focus on application security.
- Design and maintain security tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Utilize AI to automate analyses and build intelligent tools.
- Evaluate and improve telemetry usage in systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to influence secure development practices.
- Investigate and respond to security reports as needed.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in an agile environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software or platform engineering.
- Deep experience in application security and vulnerability management.
- Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally GCP/GKE.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in coding and analysis.
- Strong inclination towards automation of repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making without guidance.
- Experience influencing engineering culture towards security.
