
Lead Systems Operations Engineer

- Lead complex, broad-impact systems initiatives and provide high-level consultation to technology teams.
- Participate in large-scale planning for computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Review and resolve complex technical challenges and escalated support issues affecting core business solutions.
- Make decisions regarding technical changes and system enhancements.
- Consult with engineering teams on change design, technical process controls, and standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for environment reliability and operational readiness.
- Provide technical guidance, support operational governance, and improve environment stability and delivery effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of systems engineering, technology architecture, or equivalent demonstrated experience through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Desired experience in systems operations, site reliability engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, quality engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications, test environments, and SDLC processes.
- Working knowledge of reliability engineering, observability, automation, incident management, operational support, and release management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements without direct authority.
