Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Jira workflows, issue types, screens, automation rules, and project configurations.
- Develop Python and SQL scripts, utilities, integrations, and automation for engineering data and tools.
- Build and maintain web dashboards and user interfaces for project health, engineering metrics, defect trends, and execution status.
- Build reporting pipelines, generate engineering metrics, validate data quality, and create actionable engineering analytics.
- Collaborate with Design, Verification, Implementation, Validation, Power, Performance, Software, and Program Management teams to improve workflows and resolve issues.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Basic understanding of databases, REST APIs, and software development practices.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar web frameworks.
- Exposure to Jira and Confluence is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn enterprise workflow automation and engineering process development.
- Nice-to-have knowledge includes Agile methodologies, semiconductor or SoC development, PostgreSQL, Git, Flask or FastAPI, data visualization, dashboards, and engineering analytics.
