Base Salary
$106k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business problems, spreadsheets, and existing solutions into Anaplan multidimensional models.
- Modify existing models for connected solutions, optimization, and new functionality.
- Serve as the architectural subject-matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions.
- Provide progress updates and feedback to business partners and team members.
- Develop model documentation.
- Participate in data integration and migration solutions.
- Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
- At least 4 years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions for Supply Chain, FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Sales Performance use cases.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of formal system implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deployment.
- Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, analytical, and data integration skills.
- Ability to lead and implement multiple responsibilities simultaneously, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.
- Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling in Finance, Workforce Planning, or Sales is strongly preferred.
- Motivation, coaching mentality, integrity, and a self-starting, results-oriented approach.
