Base Salary
$165k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across the React/TypeScript web application, iOS app, and backend services.
- Own customer-facing features from problem definition and solution design through rollout and iteration.
- Identify friction in clinic and patient workflows and advocate for product improvements.
- Partner closely with product and design as a peer to shape solutions and product direction.
- Mentor other engineers and improve how the team designs, reviews, and ships software.
- Influence technical decisions and product direction across the Practice Engineering organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building customer-facing products.
- Strong modern frontend skills with React and TypeScript.
- Hands-on backend experience with API design, data modeling, and production databases.
- Experience building and shipping features on iOS alongside web applications.
- Track record of owning customer-facing features from problem definition through design, launch, and iteration.
- Experience collaborating closely with product and design and contributing product ideas.
- High-ownership, self-directed working style suited to a small distributed team with limited process.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience building with AI or agentic systems is a nice-to-have.
