Base Salary
$70k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and implementation of Verint WEM solutions.
- Communicate project plans and updates to internal and customer stakeholders.
- Articulate the value of Five9’s Professional Services through presentations and discussions.
- Implement and troubleshoot WEM software solutions in various customer environments.
- Design implementation plans based on client requirements.
- Proactively manage project risks and provide contingency plans.
- Develop and maintain DPA service offerings and customer-facing materials.
Requirements
- 5 years of Verint WEM implementation experience, with at least 3 years in Professional Services.
- Experience managing delivery, training, and implementation of Verint WEM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, Networking, CRM, WFM, and Call Center practices.
- At least 3 years of experience building application triggers.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%, including international travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
