Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
- Lead software design, construction, configuration, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and multiple teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Make decisions for the team and provide solutions across immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in SAP systems.
- Optimize code and improve system performance within SAP environments.
- Oversee best-practice adoption and adherence to team quality standards.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Strong experience developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts and integration techniques.
- Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in SAP systems.
- Ability to collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
