Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Rapidly develop new applications leveraging a robust existing enterprise platform.
- Develop highly scalable software with optimal performance.
- Drive the development of new features and improvements.
- Partner effectively with Product Management, Design, and QA.
- Work across multiple layers of the technology stack, focusing on backend development.
- Mentor junior engineering talent through structured mentorship.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software product development.
- Expertise in JavaScript/Typescript, React, and Java backend development.
- Experience with CSS abstraction and RDBMS like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members.
- High work ethic and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States.
