Base Salary
$132k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Qualify and scope Professional Services opportunities with Account Directors and Customer Engineers and author delivery-ready Statements of Work.
- Design and build custom integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and ETL solutions connecting Pendo with customer ecosystems.
- Own multiple complex technical projects end-to-end, including data engineering and system integration initiatives.
- Advise customers on data architecture, integration patterns, instrumentation, and long-term technical strategy.
- Create reusable code libraries, frameworks, integration patterns, playbooks, and documentation for the Professional Services team.
- Mentor consultants and share customer insights with Product and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS, including hands-on custom coding and integration development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js and the ability to write production-quality backend code.
- Deep experience with APIs, data pipelines, integration patterns, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Proficiency with SQL and strong data modeling expertise.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into business value for technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading technical transformation initiatives and data infrastructure projects.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Segment, Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, or Fivetran is preferred.
- AI/ML integration experience, including feature engineering and MCP implementations, is preferred.
- Background in data engineering, integration consulting, or technical services focused on custom development is preferred.
