Base Salary
$132k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Directors to qualify Professional Services opportunities and lead scoping conversations.
- Design and build custom integrations and data solutions that extend Pendo's capabilities.
- Own multiple complex technical projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.
- Advise customers on data architecture and integration patterns for technical transformations.
- Build reusable code libraries and frameworks to enhance team efficiency.
- Identify patterns across engagements to create reusable playbooks and documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for writing production-quality code.
- Deep experience with APIs, data pipelines, integration patterns, and ETL processes.
- SQL proficiency and strong data modeling expertise.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data concepts into business value.
