Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and business guidance for regional sales teams, customers, and prospects.
- Position and architect Rubrik cloud licensing, data resilience, observability, and remediation solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Drive pipeline generation, technical sales calls, customer demonstrations, proofs of concept, and account-level activities alongside account executives.
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor and public cloud subject matter expert for key accounts.
- Qualify opportunities based on technical requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and funding.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and maintain product roadmap alignment with product management.
- Support the development of technically accurate marketing and sales collateral.
- Develop and deliver technical enablement for Rubrik, channel, and alliance partner sales architects.
- Drive adoption of Rubrik’s cloud-native protection technologies across the company and public cloud ecosystem.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales engineering experience in an unstructured data environment with a proven record of success.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP infrastructure solutions is preferred.
- Fundamental technical knowledge of cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
- Experience working with CxO-level personnel and applying technology solutions to business challenges.
- Strong hands-on, energetic, resourceful, adaptable, and entrepreneurial approach suited to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and demonstrations per day with prompt follow-up.

- U.S. base salary range is $136,290–$217,630, with the offer determined by location, skills, experience, and education or training.
