Responsibilities
- Own client problem discovery, business analysis, strategic advisory, programme design, horizon mapping, and change management.
- Lead deployed engineering teams delivering data pipelines, workflows, applications, and client solutions end to end.
- Architect and deliver solutions using Palantir Foundry tooling, Python, PySpark, TypeScript, and React.
- Embed AI workflows into applications using AIP Logic Functions, AIP Analysts, and AIFDE.
- Advise clients directly, translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders, and maintain enduring client relationships.
- Manage project teams, support task self-assignment, lead demonstrations and technical reviews, and develop team and community capability.
- Contribute deployment learnings and internal products through APBG/Decho Labs.
Requirements
- Strong strategic mindset, client relationship management ability, and alignment with senior decision-makers.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including decomposing complex use cases and architecting solutions.
- Fluency in Python, SQL, TypeScript and/or React, with understanding of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and application development.
- Technical leadership and client-facing communication skills with high emotional intelligence and curiosity.
- Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or similar experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work onsite with clients and partners and satisfy applicable security-clearance requirements, including five years of continuous UK address history and British passport-holder status without dual nationality at application.
