Responsibilities
- Implement robust technical designs for complex Salesforce initiatives in collaboration with a Solution Architect.
- Migrate legacy systems to Salesforce and modernize existing platform components.
- Build and optimize controllers, triggers, and Lightning Web Components while maintaining high code quality.
- Mentor Salesforce System Administrators on best practices, troubleshooting, and platform knowledge.
- Integrate Salesforce with Salesforce Einstein, AI agents, external LLM APIs, and third-party REST/SOAP services.
- Drive Salesforce DX and DevOps practices within a Scrum Agile environment.
- Manage complex cross-system integration projects from inception through delivery.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in similar positions, with impact prioritized over years of experience.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce declarative features, including Flows, the Security Model, and Permission Sets.
- Expert programmatic skills with Apex and Lightning Web Components, plus experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge.
- Practical experience migrating legacy products and refactoring code for platform modernization.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex cross-system integration projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, automated testing, and continuous delivery in an Agile framework.
- Fluent English and the ability to work proactively and independently with strong organizational skills.
- Preferred experience connecting Salesforce with AI products and third-party REST/SOAP APIs, and using AI coding assistants.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce AI Specialist are preferred.
