Base Salary
$110k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering leadership to gather requirements for components, applications, services, platforms, and technical solutions.
- Build and scale measurement infrastructure for outcome-based advertising optimization.
- Apply and improve attribution and performance models for campaign reporting, planning, and optimization.
- Create APIs, reporting, and user interfaces that integrate measurement metrics into advertising workflows.
- Support universal pixel, conversion API, clean-room data, real-time processing, batch processing, and self-service measurement capabilities.
- Create automated unit and integration tests and prevent escaped defects.
- Ensure software solutions are scalable, available, maintainable, and compliant with privacy standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to buy-versus-build-versus-broker engineering decisions.
- Debug and resolve technical issues within scoped features or components.
- Work regular, consistent, and punctual schedules, including nights, weekends, or variable schedules as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on programming experience with GoLang.
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with microservices and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or EKS.
- Practical experience with a major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI, including services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, or IAM.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Terraform.
- Solid SQL skills and exposure to data platforms such as Aerospike, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Presto, or EMR.
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or ELK stack.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced development environment.
- Interest or experience in advertising or audience targeting is preferred but not required.
