Base Salary
$115k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated products, including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, validation rules, and platform configuration.
- Architect, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar, and other revenue-facing tools.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage the development lifecycle from scoping through deployment.
- Establish data hygiene, deduplication, taxonomy, and governance standards across the go-to-market technology stack.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize go-to-market technologies while owning tool selection, vendor management, and the platform roadmap.
- Monitor platform health, triage issues, and manage bug fixes through resolution.
- Partner with BI and Data teams to expose Salesforce data in downstream reporting tools and connect business intelligence tooling to CRM infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience is required, including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Salesforce Administration certification or experience is required.
