Responsibilities
- Align and execute continuous integration and continuous deployment across application lifecycles.
- Plan and manage DevOps pipelines covering planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure, onboard applications to DevOps tools, and configure tools according to client requirements.
- Build and customize DevOps tools, including user-access workflows and access provisioning.
- Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting that connects application code with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments.
- Provide customer support for DevOps tools, resolve tickets within specified turnaround times, and perform root-cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.
Requirements
- Mandatory DevOps skills.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Ability to collaborate with development, operations, and testing teams on integration and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, follow escalation processes, and support internal and external customers.
