Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and architect reliable, scalable infrastructure and services while forecasting capacity needs.
- Monitor services, collect and analyze operational data, and provide health and performance reporting.
- Perform incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, post-mortems, maintenance, provisioning, and decommissioning.
- Develop automation tools and scripts for monitoring, metrics collection, analysis, mitigation, and remediation.
- Participate in on-call shifts and resolve technical issues across Oracle services to meet service-level objectives.
- Communicate infrastructure, capacity, security, performance, and change impacts across teams.
- Experiment with tools and technologies and execute improvements to performance, deployments, scalability, and resource efficiency.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage work, troubleshoot standard and non-standard issues, analyze data, and collaborate across teams.
- Knowledge of infrastructure reliability, incident response, root cause analysis, automation, monitoring, performance optimization, and service operations.
- Ability to communicate technical information and contribute to continuous learning and process improvement.
