Base Salary
$194k - $228k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects and customers.
- Architect scalable, secure generative AI solutions using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and custom applications.
- Develop and execute proofs of concept, demonstrations, custom templates, and integrations.
- Advise executives and technical leaders on generative AI strategy and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Educate prospects and partners on WRITER’s platform and APIs and support adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, or sales engineering.
- Deep expertise in generative AI principles, large language models, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Python, APIs, and end-to-end orchestration for AI workflows and enterprise integrations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, discovery, customer engagement, and solution-architecture abilities.
- A builder’s mindset and demonstrated ownership of technical customer outcomes.
