Base Salary
$133k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and fine-tune AI and machine learning models.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and training workflows.
- Evaluate model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Analyze data and model outputs to recommend algorithm changes.
- Identify and assess tools and technologies for platform goals.
- Collaborate with software developers and stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities.
- Ensure AI solutions are transparent, testable, and maintainable.
- Communicate technical approaches and results to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Experience with various modeling approaches based on problem context.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including API design and testing.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Experience integrating AI models into web-based platforms.
- Solid understanding of the full AI lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
