Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI to address business challenges and automate enterprise processes.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across the enterprise technology stack and multi-provider AI platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and service requests across critical business systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, communicate issue-resolution updates, and provide timely support.
- Document solutions and contribute to application-support best practices and continuous improvement.
- Work independently as a subject-matter expert while participating in team discussions and resolving work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least five years of overall professional experience is required.
- At least three years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management is required.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is required.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes is required.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its application in service management is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills are required.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
