Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design integrations across enterprise technology stacks, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and service requests.
- Communicate with stakeholders, provide issue-resolution updates, document solutions, and share knowledge.
- Contribute to application-support best practices and independently serve as a subject-matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management, incident management, and service request fulfillment.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its application in service management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
