Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology ecosystems and multi-provider platforms.
- Provide application support by diagnosing and resolving issues across critical business systems.
- Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to support application reliability and performance.
- Assist with application support best practices and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Manage incident resolution and service request fulfillment activities.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely updates.
- Document solutions and share knowledge with team members.
- Work independently, become a subject matter expert, and actively contribute to team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
