Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology ecosystems and multi-provider platforms.
- Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents affecting critical business applications.
- Support incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application support best practices.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and problem solving.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience.
- At least three years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
