Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery for complex business challenges, process automation, and intelligent enterprise workflows.
- Organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design integrations across enterprise technology stacks, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Perform proactive application monitoring and maintenance to support system reliability and performance.
- Support incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Communicate with stakeholders about needs, progress, and issue resolution.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application-support best practices.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and work-related solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management is required.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service-management practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
