Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse technology platforms.
- Integrate AI capabilities and intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Monitor and maintain critical business applications and help resolve incidents.
- Support incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Develop and implement application-support best practices.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and communicate issue-resolution updates to stakeholders.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team problem-solving.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies and modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
