- Implement chunking, embeddings, vector search, hybrid retrieval, and re-ranking for retrieval-augmented generation systems.
- Develop AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Build and maintain REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
- Take AI solutions from proof of concept through production by containerizing, deploying, and monitoring them.
- Implement LLM evaluation and testing to identify regressions and hallucinations.
- Apply LLMOps and MLOps practices, including CI/CD, prompt and version management, automated testing, and monitoring latency, cost, and quality.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested software and collaborate with architects, engineers, and product owners.
- Integrate AI applications with healthcare distribution, specialty pharmacy, pharmacy/NDC, EMR/EHR, HL7, FHIR, claims, or structured data where applicable.

- Strong Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Practical experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with at least one agentic or orchestration framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Experience building and deploying REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience with Docker and familiarity with deployment; basic Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP for AI workload deployment.
- Preferred experience with Ragas, LangSmith, DeepEval, custom benchmarks, Kubernetes, CI/CD, production monitoring, observability, SQL or NL-to-SQL pipelines, structured-data integration, MCP, tool-calling agents, and full production ownership of AI features.
- Healthcare knowledge and experience with healthcare distribution data, pharmacy/NDC-level data, or EMR/EHR systems is strongly preferred.
Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision care.
