Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set and enforce development and coding standards.
- Evaluate and optimize software quality, performance, and scalability.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and custom software development best practices.
- Experience establishing and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to evaluate and improve software performance and scalability.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex technical environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
