Responsibilities
- Embed on-site with enterprise customers across DACH and act as a trusted technical peer to CTOs and platform teams.
- Run workshops, hackathons, and implementation sprints to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
- Scope, build, integrate, debug, and teach teams to use production agents, custom integrations, MCP servers, and multi-step workflows.
- Ship end-to-end agentic systems and tool-use loops that operate under real production load.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and write fixes when platform limitations arise.
- Identify customer-driven product blockers and implement improvements to advance the platform.
- Automate repetitive work by building agents.
- Travel significantly across the DACH region.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with the ability to work deeply on integrations and end-to-end workflows.
- Demonstrated experience shipping agentic AI systems, tool-use loops, and LLM-powered features under production load.
- Ability to scope complex customer use cases and deliver pragmatic solutions quickly.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical enterprise stakeholders.
- Experience delivering customer-facing workshops and implementation sprints in an enterprise context.
- Native-level German proficiency.
- Based in Munich or willing to relocate, with willingness to travel regularly across DACH.
- Go programming experience is a bonus.
- Founder or early-employee startup experience is a strong plus.
- Consulting backgrounds without hands-on engineering experience are not a fit.
Benefits
- Salary range of 80,000 to 150,000 EUR annually.
- On-site role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
- Significant travel across the DACH region is expected.
