Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and design feasible MuleSoft software solutions.
- Develop, modify, test, validate, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Troubleshoot defects and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support software installation, modification, deployment, continuous integration, and monitoring activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, project specifications, status reports, MIS reports, and delivery records.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and collect feedback to support timely delivery.
- Participate in continuing education and training to maintain current programming and software development practices.
Requirements
- Mandatory skill: MuleSoft Development.
- Requires 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to understand requirements, analyze systems and workflows, and convert requirements into software designs.
- Ability to code, test, debug, document, and improve software applications.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project teams, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical, project, status, and MIS reports.
- Willingness to complete ongoing training and certifications for skill development.
