Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical link between Kyndryl and client, governance, project executive, delivery, and vendor stakeholders.
- Consult with clients, gather requirements, define solution approaches, and design modernization solutions.
- Own technical solutions, including scope and proof-of-concept framing, assumptions, dependencies, baselining, effort estimation, and statement-of-work creation and review.
- Lead technical implementation and support both pursuit and delivery execution.
- Present technical solutions through narrative framing, storytelling, technical demonstrations, and value articulation.
- Apply Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework, Agent Builder, and available AI or agentic AI solutions to Kyndryl modernization offerings.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in at least one domain: applications, cloud, mainframe, or network and edge.
- Strong knowledge of modernization sub-domains such as AMS, SDLC transformation, application modernization, mainframe modernization, platform engineering, data center networks, or edge networks.
- Proven experience designing and owning technical solutions, including scoping, proof-of-concept framing, baselining, estimation, and statement-of-work work.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, including technical storytelling and value articulation.
- Hands-on or working expertise with Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework, Agent Builder, and AI or agentic AI modernization solutions.
- Ability to support both solution pursuits and delivery execution.
- Preferred: experience with large-scale modernization or transformation programs and both consultative solutioning and delivery environments.
- Preferred: collaboration experience across sales, delivery, engineering, and centers of excellence.
- Preferred certifications include TOGAF Foundation or Practitioner; Azure Solutions Architect Expert; AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional; Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect; Azure DevOps Engineer Expert; domain-specific application, cloud, network and edge, or mainframe certifications.
