Responsibilities
- Advise executive-level business and technical decision makers on digital transformation goals and strategic cloud and AI data solutions.
- Lead architecture design, proof of concepts, production deployments, technical recommendations, blocker escalation, and resource orchestration for Azure projects.
- Own the technical delivery lifecycle for customer success services, including service architecture, build and deployment, updates, and change adoption.
- Lead technical engagements involving Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Databases, Purview, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies.
- Drive customer satisfaction, Azure adoption, services consumption, and long-term business value through trusted technical guidance.
- Develop reusable intellectual property, share technical expertise, support team skilling, and partner with customer success and product engineering groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, architecture, or consulting.
- At least 4 years of enterprise customer experience leading technical engagements and designing and implementing secure, scalable cloud architectures on platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- At least 3 years of experience building enterprise-grade cloud analytical solutions using Azure Databricks or similar data analytics platforms.
- Native-level Spanish proficiency and fluency in English.
- Additional qualifications include 2+ years building solutions with Microsoft Fabric, 6+ years of enterprise customer experience, 6+ years with cloud solution design, migration, and technology management, and hands-on PoC or MVP experience.
- Broad experience with cloud solutions and foundational security, infrastructure, and network design, plus the ability to apply AI capabilities to analytical applications.
