Responsibilities
- Lead architect in professional services engagements for customer onboarding.
- Develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations.
- Conduct recipe reviews and advise on testing best practices.
- Perform production readiness assessments and deployment procedures.
- Provide knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams.
- Create content for presentations, demos, and best practices.
- Mentor and train team members in pre-sales and post-sales.
- Act as a Workato evangelist to demonstrate business automation solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of technology transformation consulting experience.
- Proven results in customer and partner success in solution architecture.
- Experience documenting and optimizing business processes.
- Strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of security and governance for enterprises.
- Ability to work independently and in a distributed team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites up to 25%.
