Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks involving products, data, and tool access.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across varied projects.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve or develop Google tools and products.
- Write complex code and implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end-user experience.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical and business feedback to internal teams, customers, advertisers, and publishers.
- Lead cross-functional technical execution, business operations, product strategy, and project prioritization for partner solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with system design or reading code in Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.
- Ability to collaborate with customer stakeholder groups, build consensus, deliver solutions, and drive technical decisions.
- Ability to manage urgent requests and adapt to varying time zones.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills are preferred for regional client relationship management.
- Strong technical leadership, project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are preferred.
- Ability to travel to meet specific partner and client stakeholders.
