Base Salary
$150k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Client Solution teams to deliver client onboarding solutions.
- Write well-designed and tested code to solve complex engineering problems.
- Lead individual projects, including technical solution design and implementation.
- Communicate technical ideas and steer project direction from an engineering standpoint.
- Mentor and guide other engineers on the team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably with Python and/or Java.
- Strong ownership mentality and excellent communication skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data processing and analysis using PySpark or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Experience building data systems using AWS is a plus.
