Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop technology strategy with federal executives, business subject-matter experts, and key stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings to discover business processes, requirements, pain points, mission objectives, and goals.
- Develop solution approaches, architecture, and strategy with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and delivery teams.
- Create governance models, operating models, CONOPS, and processes supporting the business mission.
- Build prototypes and proofs of concept using data, technology, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Evaluate technology platforms, perform alternatives analyses, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Document as-is and to-be architecture diagrams, business process flows, flow charts, and decision trees.
- Lead cross-team initiatives that coordinate contractor teams, internal stakeholders, and delivery partners.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners and support platform evaluation, solution development, and go-to-market strategies.
- Perform hands-on coding and infrastructure work as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 8 years of experience leading technology consulting engagements with clients.
- At least 8 years of experience developing solution architecture and enterprise architecture artifacts.
- Experience leading an ATO in an IL-4/IL-5 Department of War environment.
- At least 3 years of experience building and deploying applications to AWS Cloud.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Active Top Secret clearance; interim TS will be considered.
- Experience building full-stack applications with languages such as Java, PHP, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as Node.js, React JS, and Angular.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification.
- Experience with software development in Agile and Scaled Agile teams.
- Experience applying microservices architecture, serverless architecture, and automated testing.
- Knowledge of web services, related standards, distributed architecture design patterns, and best practices.

- Local candidates may be asked to work 1–2 days per week at the client site in Rockville, Maryland.
- Core work hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with flexibility to start earlier or work later based on time zone.
